Handle with Care & treat your extensions gently,  like you would your own hair. Avoid pulling, tugging, or twisting the hair while washing. Additionally, refrain from using a regular brush on wet hair, as this can increase shedding. 


Consider using sulfate-free shampoos, as they are more delicate on the hair and prevent sticky residues. The "co-wash" method is effective, using conditioner alone to clean the extensions. 


Protect your extensions while sleeping by tying your hair up or placing into a cap/bonnet. This helps reduce friction and minimizes potential damage caused by tossing and turning during the night.

Processing takes 7-14 business days, extending the business days during sale periods.

Address Issues: Please be sure your address is correct at checkout. Address changes must be made within 6 hours of purchase. Orders may be printed and worked on after these hours. 

Responsibility: RaJa Beauty Studio LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once in the hands of the carrier, contact your local post office for any issues.

Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks: 

No Returns or Cancellations!! We do not accept returns or order cancellations. Verify your order details before finalizing your purchase. All sales are final! 

RaJa Beauty Studio does not take responsibility for chargebacks related to shipping delays, lost, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by the carrier. We will contact the card/payment issuer.

How long does processing, shipping and handling take? 

Processing takes up to 7-14 business days, not including weekends or the day order was placed. 

Once order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking will become available after 24 hours. 

Can changes be made to my order?

Unfortunately, no changes can not be made.

Do we offer refunds?

All sales are FINAL and there will be no exchanges or refunds. Please be sure to verify and changes that may be made to order BEFORE placing. Once orders are dropped off at postoffice, we no longer are responsible. Please contact USPS. 

Are we responsible for lost or stolen packages? 

No, please opt for signature upon delivery.
